Week 3: Basketball Camp II

Coach Drew Sanchez is currently the head coach of the Boys Varsity Basketball Team at Redwood Christian School in San Lorenzo, CA. Before coming to RCS, Coach Sanchez was the head coach for the Boys Junior Varsity Basketball Team at Christian High School in El Cajon, CA. He spent one season there and then chose to pursue his love for basketball in the form of ministry through the athletic branch of Athletes in Action. Prior to his professional career, he played college basketball at San Diego Christian College. His senior season he was 1st team All-Conference and 2nd team All American for NAIA D1. His senior season he led the nation in assists for NAIA D1.
What to Expect from this Camp
This camp is designed for players who want to learn and improve skills. Specific instruction will be given in the areas of footwork, ball handling, shooting, one-on-one moves, and man-to-man defense. We emphasize leadership, self-confidence, individual development and character as a part of our camp instruction. This camp will incorporate all the fundamental skills of the game with fun competitive games. Every player that participates will improve and learn techniques they can take home to practice.
All campers will receive a Baden basketball and a custom camp T-shirt. Many individual prizes will also be awarded.
