What do you love about your role(s) at RCS?

I love leading a talented and committed faculty, seeing student growth (spiritually, academically, socially, emotionally), partnering with parents for their student’s best, and being a part of an exciting campus culture!

What sets RCS students apart from students in other schools?

Our students exhibit respect for authority and for one another, think critically on deep concepts, excel in the classroom and in Fine Arts and Athletics, serve in their community and beyond, and love one another well.

How does RCS as a school inspire futures?

Inspiring futures looks like giving students the tools needed to be successful in answering the calling God has on their lives. Our goal is not high school graduation, our goal is our graduates being successful as husbands and wives, moms and dads, employees, bosses, ministers, etc. into their 30s, 40s and beyond!

What do you want your students to gain from having known you?

I want my students to feel encouraged, loved, challenged, and to know the love of God through our interactions.

What is your favorite verse?

Colossians 3:17 “And whatever you do, in word or deed, do everything in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him.”
