The Redwood Christian Middle School campus had students fired-up November 13-17. The All-American Student Classic, designed to promote sportsmanship and school pride, featured academic and athletic competitions, as well as other special events throughout the week.
Six RCS Middle School All-Americans received special recognition for their overall performances and a plaque. Achieving All-American in sixth grade were Ariana Trammell and Daniel Summers, in seventh grade, Hannah John and Craig Yanagihara, and in eighth grade, Catherine Chen and Ethan King.
Principal Ben Warner said the All-American Student Classic, with faculty encouragement, team leadership, and individual student recognition, got students excited about school and built friendship and unity within the classes. “Our students competed hard, encouraged each other to finish, and had a lot of fun together! It was special to name and honor our second annual Redwood Christian Middle School All-Americans,” Warner said.
