It Was Going to Be a Surprise, But…

HS Teachers Lead MSHS Ladies Impact Week!

We are excited to have our very own female high school teachers lead the girls sessions of Impact Week next week!  Miss Sierra, Mrs. Cherry, and Mrs. Clausen have prepared inspiring, yet challenging messages about God’s redemption.  They will use evidence from their own lives and hope from the Bible to illustrate and inspire our young ladies in their own walks in faith.  So not to spoil the details, we just asked each speaker what they would like students to take away from their sessions

Miss Sierra: For Middle School, to love the mission God puts you in, not the position He puts you in.  For High School, I hope students see and allow God to transform our love for ourselves to love for Him.

Mrs. Cherry: God will use anyone for his glory!  No one is ever too far away from Him, and I hope students will know how He can take a “hot mess” and use it for His kingdom.

Mrs. Clausen: I desire for students to have a fresh excitement in their hearts about heaven, “the best eternity ever,” so that they can hold on to the things of this world a little looser and make a conscious investment in People: the only thing they can take with them.

Each day will bring new insights and encouragement for ladies to impact their heart and grow in wisdom.  Over the course of three days we pray that middle school and high school girls will hear God’s call to them as an individual and be inspired to live “redeemed” and purposeful lives.
