Thomas came to RCS last year when he moved to Oakland from Brazil. He is a varsity athlete, and his favorite class was Mrs. Cherry’s English class, though Digital Marketing with Mrs. Hendren is a close second. Thomas is still deciding whether he will go to Germany, Brazil, or “UC Chabot” and stay in the Bay Area after high school. He will be escorted by his stepmom, Bianca Carozzo, at the homecoming ceremony and friends Sam, Seth, and Lesmy will present his flowers.
Queen: Agape Tesfamichael
Agape has attended RCS since 5th grade. She is the middle sibling of a RCS alumni and an eleventh grader. Agape is very involved at RCS as a varsity athlete, serves on council, is on the Christian Ministry team, and participates in multiple clubs. You may have also seen her singing in choir and the chapel worship band. Her favorite class was Mrs. Bibby’s 6th grade classes. Her plans after high school? “To help others wherever I choose to go and continue to serve God through singing.” She will be escorted by her father, Simon Tesfamichael and her younger brother, Nathanael will present her flowers.
Princes: Reece Gallarzan, Brayden Bibby
Reece is the third Gallarzan (of four) to attend RCS and has been a student here for eight years. He is on the Christian Ministry team, executive council, and is a varsity athlete. He plans to attend university to study Business Finance while training with the school’s ROTC program to commission as an officer.
Brayden is the second Bibby to attend RCS since Kindergarten. His mom also teaches at RCS and is the Director of RCS Homeschool. His family attends The Rock Church in Danville and his favorite Bible verse is Proverbs 3:5, “Trust in the LORD with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding.” Brayden is an athlete. He plays Varsity Baseball, and after high school will play minor league hockey.
Princesses: Hannah Grace Miller, Hannah Mei John
Hannah Grace is the youngest of three sisters and has attended RCS since 7th grade. One of her sisters is RCS alumni. Her favorite class is English with Mrs. Suth. Hannah is a varsity athlete and has also served on council. She will attend the Culinary Institute of America to earn a degree in Baking and Pastry Arts next year.
Hannah Mei is the youngest of three and has attended RCS since Kindergarten. Her mom is the MSHS Girls Dean as well. She is a varsity athlete, serves on council, and is on the Christian Ministry team. Hannah is also an Eagle Scout, and she has recently been nominated to the Air Force Academy by Representative Eric Swallwell and plans to attend the academy after high school.
Junior Prince: Chizimuzo (Zim) Ajawara
Zim came to RCS just last year and has a sibling in seventh grade. He attends Saint James Catholic Church in Fremont and his favorite Bible verse is Hebrews 4:12, “For the word of God is living and active, sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing to the division of soul and of spirit, of joints and of marrow, and discerning the thoughts and intentions of the heart.” His favorite class is U.S. History, and Zim plans to attend college after high school to study genetic engineering.
Junior Princess: Makenzie Cutrer
Makenzie has attended RCS since 5th grade. She attends Greater New Life Church, COGIC, and her favorite verse is Psalm 46:5, “God is in the midst of her; she shall not be moved; God will help her when morning dawns.” Her favorite classes are English and U.S. History, and Makenzie plans to be an ultrasound nurse after high school.
Sophomore Prince: Jacob Cook
Jacob has attended RCS for one year. He has one younger sibling who also attends RCS, and his mother works in the MSHS office. Jacob is a varsity athlete and is in the RCHS band. Furthermore, he was selected as #1 trumpet for the NorCal Honor Band, and out of thousands of applicants, Jacob has been selected to the CA State Honor Jazz Band. He attends Pilgrim Temple in Hayward, and his favorite verse is Romans 12:1, “I appeal to you therefore, brothers, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable to God, which is your spiritual worship.”
Sophomore Princess: Sydney Driggers
Sydney has attended RCS since 6th grade and is the oldest of three, both siblings are also at RCS. She attends Creekside Community Church, and her favorite verse is Romans 8:28, “And we know that for those who love God all things work together for good, for those who are called according to his purpose.” Sydney is a varsity athlete, serves on council, and her favorite class is Mr. Wilkerson’s English class.
Freshman Prince: Thorin Warneke
Thorin is a twin! He has five siblings: one RCS Alumni, and four still at RCS. They are all RCS “Lifers.” Thorin is an athlete, serves on council, and his favorite classes are math and lunch. He attends Gateway Bible Church and his favorite verses are Romans 8:1-5. Thorin will strive to attend UC Berkley after high school to study mechanical or aerospace engineering (and possibly “become a hermit and live in a cave on the side of the mountain”).
Freshman Princess: Eliana Miller
Ellie is the youngest of three sisters. Her eldest sister, Rayah, is RCS alumni and Ashlyn, a senior, will be presenting her flowers at the homecoming ceremony on Friday. Her mother currently teaches Kindergarten at RCE. Ellie attends Redwood Chapel where her father is the pastor, and her favorite verse is 1 Corinthians 16:14, “Let all that you do be done in love.” She is an athlete and serves on council as well.
