Description

Campers will learn the safety commands, actions, and shooting rules of archery. They will learn the patience, concentration and technique to shoot an arrow. Proper discipline and judgment will be developed. The beginning of camp will include camper assessments to understand and follow safety instructions. Campers will be organized according to age/skill level. No prior experience is necessary. Please wear recreational (P.E.) clothes; (t-shirt and long pants) along with athletic, closed-toe sport shoes and hair ties for long hair.

Coach Bio

Coach Chia and his wife are former RCS parents with accomplished archery training and coaching experience. Coach Chia is current with USA Archery SafeSport and the American Sport Education Program. He is a multi-time indoor and outdoor competition champion, now training the next generation of archers having led the UC Berkeley Summer Archery Camp for 6 years.
