Description

This week of camp will introduce young athletes to some of the other sports camps we will offer this summer; soccer, flag football, basketball, pickleball and volleyball.  We will focus on one sport per day; learning basics rules and participate in skill-building activities. Daily competitions will encourage sportsmanship and teamwork. Teams will be age and skill based so our young athletes can grow in skill, confidence and character.

Coach Bio

Coach Hall and Coach Boyd are the elementary P.E. teachers at the RCE campus and double as coaches of various sports at Redwood Christian Middle/High School. Coach Hall graduated with a Physical Education degree and has a vast range of experience teaching elementary students. He is an assistant RCS Varsity Soccer coach that won back-to-back league championships.  Coach Hall is also the head middle school volleyball coach for RCS. Coach Boyd played football at Hayward High, Laney College and the University of Arkansas at Pine-Bluff.  He is in his third year teaching P.E. at RCE. He is an assistant RCS Varsity Football coach. They, along with selected RCS high school athletes, will lead this exciting camp for both boys and girls.
