What is/are your role(s) at Redwood Christian Schools?

I teach 6th & 12th grade bible, Digital Video Production, and am the chapel worship leader.

What do you love about your role(s) at RCS?

I love the heart to see students’ lives changed because of the gospel of Jesus. In every class, and in every subject, the goal is to equip students to live for the glory of Christ.

What sets RCS students apart from students in other schools?

RCS students understand that each person is made in God’s image and regularly make choices that display grace and compassion for one another.

How do you inspire your students?

I want my students to know and love Jesus in a way that leads them to love and serve others. There is nothing more essential to our future than a new generation of faithful disciples of Jesus.

What do you want your students to gain from having known you?

I want them to know Jesus and to understand that what they have learned in my classroom is equipping them to live lives for the glory of His name.

What is your favorite verse?

Psalm 73:25-26 “Whom have I in heaven but you? And there is nothing on earth that I desire besides you. My flesh and my heart may fail, but God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever.”
