Redwood Christian Athletics Fall Season Wrap Up

From the Desk of the AD…

It has been an exciting and rewarding fall season for Redwood Christian Athletics. This year, every fall team that was eligible—at both the Middle School and High School levels—qualified for either league or section playoffs. That achievement speaks volumes about the development, competitiveness, and commitment of our coaches and student-athletes. It is a joy to watch our athletes grow over the course of a season, build bonds that extend beyond the sport, and maintain high academic standards in the classroom.

  • Our varsity football team finished 7–3, earning the #6 seed in the Division 7 NCS playoffs—our program’s first postseason selection. In player highlights, Congratulations as well to freshman Elijah Simmons, named NCS Freshman of the Year by NCS Update!
  • Girls Volleyball closed their season 16–14 and reached the Division 5 quarterfinals. Congratulations to our All-League athletes: Eliana Miller (First Team), Savannah Hendren (Second Team), and Ella Eberhard (Honorable Mention). JV Volleyball also completed a strong 9–9 season.
  • Boys Soccer finished 12–8–1, winning their second straight BCL league championship and the postseason tournament in a thrilling shootout led by Tournament MVP Noah Macedo. The team also set a school record with 73 goals this season. Congratulations to Paul Kim, League MVP, and all of our All-League honorees.
  • Cross Country continues postseason competition, led by standout athletes Gil Butler and Jolene Ho as they aim for strong results at the conference and NCS meets.
  • Girls Golf completed an outstanding inaugural season, highlighted by Kayla Keller and Alexia Rosas advancing to conference playoffs.
  • Girls Tennis and Varsity Cheer wrapped up their fall seasons with strong finishes and team award recognitions.
  • At the Middle School level, both Flag Football and Softball finished with impressive 10–3 records and earned postseason opportunities, continuing the momentum of our growing programs.

Thank you to our athletes, families, and coaches for your dedication and support. We are proud of all that our teams accomplished this fall and look forward to carrying that momentum into the winter season.

Go Eagles!
