These scientists made rubber eggs, slime that is fluffy, HUGE towers out of marshmallows and toothpicks, coffee filter art, and exploding volcanoes! We are so proud of the inquiries they sent in to RCE Science Teacher, Mrs. Wo, and we LOVED seeing the creativity and joy in the photos shared. #CelebrateRCS
This week the drawing prize is a gift card to Frodo Joe’s in San Lorenzo. Frodo Joe’s is owned by Emily, aunt of RCS current 8th grade student, Kaitlyn and alumni Darren, class of 2016, and they have locations in San Lorenzo & Fremont. From their website: “Our energy and love for coffee, sees us to celebrate its awesomeness from bean to cup. We let our food communicate with customers’ palates and showcase our efforts to serve you the best. We serve savory crepes with variety of savory fillings(fresh vegetables,herbs,seafood and poultry), sumptuous dessert crepes, mouthwatering sandwiches, healthy salads, and our fresh brewed Mr. Espresso coffee.”
