Last Thursday, Redwood Christian Schools thanked and celebrated our First Responders and Military.

Mrs. Lynn Conley’s Class at RCS presented a meaningful 9-11 Heroes Chapel where the children honored veteran and current First Responders and Military. More than thirty First Responders and Military were present. The program focused on our local First Responders who are there for all of us every day protecting all of us. VFW Post 9601 presented our Great Country’s Flag, followed pledges to our Country’s Flag, the Christian Flag, the Bible and prayer, and the singing of our National Anthem. Tributes were presented to our military and our First Responders were honored. The 9-11 Heroes Chapel ended with the singing of God Bless America and comments and prayer for all of our Military and First Responders by Superintendent Bruce Johnson.
