Do not conform any longer to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Favorite verse: John 3:16-21. "This is the verdict: Light has come into the world, but men loved darkness instead of light because their deeds were evil. Everyone who does evil hates the light, and will not come into the light for fear that his deeds will be exposed. But whoever lives by the truth comes into the light, so that it may be seen plainly that what he has done has been done through God." Many people can quote John 3:16, but do not continue with the verses that follow. This section of scripture is a crystal clear explanation of the world's condition and God's provision for salvation.

Favorite verse: Eph. 4:2-6 "Be completely humble and gentle; be patient, bearing with one another in love. Make every effort to keep the unity of the Spirit through the bond of peace. There is one body and one Spirit--just as you were called to one hope when you were called--one Lord, one faith, one baptism; one God and Father of all, who is over all and through all and in all."
