2011-12 Re-Enrollment Application

Used For: Application for students returning to RCS for another school year. Return the completed form with the appropriate fee to any RCS Campus Office

New Student Application for Enrollment

Used For: Application for enrollment in Redwood Christian Schools. Return the completed form along with the appropriate supplemental documents (see below) and the $125 application fee to the RCS District Office, attn: Registrar.

2011-12 Tuition Grant Application

Used For: Application to the RCS Tuition Grant Program. RCS has contracted the services of Financial Aid for School Tuition (FAST).  Applications can be filed online by clicking on the button to the right.

If a tuition grant is needed for the second semester of the 2010-11 school year, use Family Financial Needs Assessment (FFNA) to process our financial aid applications. Applications and filing are available on their Web site www.ffna1.com or obtained from the RCS District Office. Our school I.D. # is 1279.

For more tuition assistance opportunities, please visit the websites of the organizations below. They are privately funded and not affiliated with Redwood Christian Schools. However, many RCS families have received assistance from them. Please note that the applications do have deadlines and that all forms should be submitted to their respective organizations.

Application for Foreign Student (I-20) Enrollment 

Used For: Application for enrollment in Redwood Christian Schools. Return the completed form and the $600 application fee to the RCS District Office, attn: Registrar.

Authorization For Medication Form

Used For: California Education Code 94923 requires that a school have a written authorization from both parent and physician in order for prescribed medicine to be given to a student by RCS office staff. RCS offers this form for use should a need occur. We suggest taking it with you when a child visits the doctor. Without authorization, no medication will be given to a student by school staff. Forms are available in all campus offices.

2011-12 Bus Transportation Form

Used For: Application for shuttle bus use before and after school. Return the completed form to the District Office, 4200 James Avenue, Castro Valley, CA 94546

2011-12 Application for Full-Time Christian Service Tuition Discount

Used For: Application for tuition discount for full-time, church leaders whose children are enrolled at RCS. Return the completed form to the RCS District Office, attn: Nancy Schibler.

Application for Teaching Position

Used For: Application to teaching position at RCS. Return the completed form to the RCS District Office, attn: Bruce Johnson, Superintendent.

Application for Staff Position

Used For: Application to staff position at RCS (i.e. teacher's aide, lunchroom/recess supervision, office work). Return the completed form to the RCS District Office, attn: Bruce Johnson, Superintendent.
