There is a $30 application fee.

For more tuition assistance opportunities, please visit the websites of the organizations below. They are privately funded and not affiliated with Redwood Christian Schools. However, many RCS families have received assistance from them. Please note that the applications do have deadlines and that all forms should be submitted to their respective organizations.

Used For: Application for tuition discount for full-time, church leaders whose children are enrolled at RCS. Return the completed form to the RCS District Office, attn: Ed Hubbard.

Authorization For Medication FormMedication Form

Used For: California Education Code 49423 requires that a school have a written authorization from both parent and physician in order for prescribed medicine to be given to a student by RCS office staff. RCS offers this form for use should a need occur. We suggest taking it with you when a child visits the doctor. Without authorization, no medication will be given to a student by school staff. Forms are available in all campus offices.

Medication Form School-Related Permissions and Information

Used For: Authorized permission for student to attend field trips, leave campus, receive emergency medical care and pain reliever, appear on class lists and in RCS photos. Contact information also needed in case of emergencies.

2016-17 Student Accident InsuranceMedication Form

If an RCS student sustains accidental bodily injury while in school or participating in or attending school-sponsored non-athletic activities, or while traveling in a school-provided vehicle, the family can be reimbursed up to $400 by Redwood Christian Schools.

The incident must be reported to the school office within ten (10) days of occurrence.  The difference between what is covered by the family’s medical/accident insurance and the total cost incurred as a result of the accident will be reimbursed up to $400 by Redwood Christian Schools, with no deductible required.

Student accident insurance is available for any RCS student through Markel Insurance Company. All students participating in athletics at RCS are required to obtain student accident insurance through Markel.
