| | | | October 2007 A note from Doug and Jackie Johnson: Just thought I'd send some pictures your way! This is about as good as we can do, when it comes to going to a "pumpkin patch" It's actually a make shift pumpkin patch that is located off of a main street, just 2 minutes from our house. A local church has it here every year to help raise money for their youth group. And besides, if Abby thinks it's a "real" pumpkin patch..then that's all the better! Isaac is 8 months old in these picts, just taken this past Sunday, and Abby turns 4 the day after Christmas. | | | | | | | October 2006 Kimberly (Hoskin) Van Horn writes: "Paul and I have been married for 11 years and are still living in Castro Valley. Emily (age 6) is in first grade, and Natalie (age4) is at Happiness Hill Pre-school. I am enjoying being a stay-at-home mom and volunteering in my daughter's classrooms. I completed my first triathlon this summer and am looking forward to my next one." | | | | | | | September 2006 Our 15 year class reunion! We had a great time catching up and meeting each others kids, but missed the other 40 of you from our graduating class that couldn't be there? We hope to see you in 5 years at our 20th reunion though! (Please keep the school updated with your current address.) Group photo (left to right): Christine (Gruetzbach) Meals, Janette Barrios, Sandy (Olsson) Kientzler, Alben Pedroso, Allen Escobar, Debbie (Reynolds) Viguie, Ann (Sadey) Liotta, Kimberly (Hoskin) Van Horn. More pictures will be on the reunion page when they become available. | | | | September 2006 An update from Allen Escobar: Karen and I have celebrated our tenth anniversary. We have two girls; Emmalee is 3 and Elise is 1. We own Island Gourmet restaurant & market and we have been running it for five years. We enjoy it but it keeps us very busy. Business is good and right now we are going through our second expansion. The weekends are crazy for us and we need more seating for the weekend customers so we are adding about 1500 square feet of space. The work allows Karen and I to be together, as well as the kids. Other than that, I'm involved in bicycle racing during the spring and summer months. I try to squeeze in some time to ride my motorcycle. And during the Fall, we go to San Jose State football games. | | | | September 2006 Lana Lee sends this update: She is a "California Commuter" splitting her time between Northern and Southern California. She works by day as a Structural Engineer in the petrochemical industry and spends the rest of her time playing music gigs in the Los Angeles area. Most recently she played at the Hollywood Bowl along with other Hollywood industry studio musicians. You can check out her oboe myspace site at myspace.com/itsmelanalee. | | | | September 2006 An update from Ann (Sadey) Liotta: "I have been married to my husband, Brian, for 5 years. I stay at home with all our children whom I home school. We bought a house in St. Paul 5 years ago. I enjoy living in the mid-west and having 4 seasons a year, my favorite being Fall when we watch the trees change so dramatically. | | | | September 2006 A note from Alben Pedroso says he is now married to Arne for 4 years, bought a house in Redwood City and makes video games for a living.
