Mrs. Ethel Fix, who was our Director of Concept Help for many years and has recently been serving as an Assistant to the Superintendent, went to Heaven on Sunday, November 7, 2004, just before 1:00 P.M. 

God allowed their oldest daughter Cheryl to arrive from New Jersey shortly after noon to join younger sister (RCHS, 1980) Cyndi so Mr. Fix had both of their daughters present when his dear Bride peacefully passed away.  The family allowed many friends from church and school to be present with them for prayer, reading God's Word and sharing.

Mrs. Fix was one of the most precious, godly women I have ever known.  She will be remembered for her kind heart and efforts on behalf of kids who needed someone in their corner when things appeared hopeless. She was in her 28th year of ministry at RCS.

The services for our precious Mrs. Fix were held on Sunday, November 14, 3:00 P.M. at Neighborhood Church in Castro Valley in the chapel.  There was a reception immediately following the service.

Please continue to pray for this precious family, and for each other, as I know Mrs. Fix was instrumental in many of our lives.

As John 6:47 states "I tell you the truth, He who believes has everlasting life."

Praise God for this godly woman's ministry.
